In this overview of the history and variations of the common Neo-Pagan festival calendar (often called “The Wheel of the Year”) we’ll look at the origins and significance of some of our most common holiday traditions as well as spotlighting a few lesser known customs and observances.

About the presenter:

Rev Tony Brown of the NC Piedmont Church of Wicca, has been an Eclectic Wiccan for more than thirty years, and has served as clergy for the last twenty or so of those. Tony is also a devotee of Dionysos, the Greek God of rebirth, transformation, tragedy, comedy, unresolved paradox and wine.

This talk is part of the "Myth & Magick with Mr. Brown" series.
